4. ERRORS

5.1 Price and payment

All prices include VAT (if applicable) at the rate corresponding to the country of receipt and are deemed correct at the time of entering the information into the system. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, the value of the unshipped items will be refunded to the account originally used to pay for the order.

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order corresponds to the price of the products ordered plus delivery costs.

Prices may change at any time, but changes (other than those listed above) will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart. The next step will be to finalize the order and make the payment. 5.2 Colors

5.3 Conditioning and packaging

Unless otherwise provided in this directive, YOGATI will only comply with its own packaging and conditioning standards depending on the method of transport chosen. If a customer asks YOGATI for a special type of packaging, the costs of this packaging will be borne by the customer himself.

5.4 Transport and delivery

Yogatilife.com ships from different warehouses in various countries. For orders containing more than one item, we may split your order and send it in several parcels depending on stock availability, at our sole discretion. We aim to deliver orders within seven working days of order validation. However, during sales periods, delivery times may be longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. If you have not received your delivery within ten working days, please contact our customer service department via support[at]Yogatilife.com .

5.5 Title and Risk of Loss

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to Buyer. The risk of loss and damage is therefore transferred to the Buyer. Any claim by Buyer relating to any damage during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Any claim by the Buyer against our Company for loss or damage during transport must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the goods and be accompanied by an official document signed by the carrier affirming that the parcel was entrusted to him in this state by our Company.

Although risk of loss and damage shall pass to Buyer, title to items sold hereunder shall remain with our Company until payment of all amounts due under this Agreement, including payments deferred, recognized in the form of notes or otherwise. Interest and financial charges must be actually paid, and the Buyer undertakes to do what is necessary to honor and maintain this right and this title belonging to our Company.

5.6 Returning Items

Items can be returned for a certain period following the date of purchase. The Return Policy, and therefore the time allowed to make a return, varies from country to country. For more information, please contact our customer service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. . Items with a quality or quality problem can be exchanged. Regarding defective items, once they have been received in our warehouse and the defect has been confirmed, we will refund you in full, and, if applicable, delivery and return costs included. In addition to the rights applicable to any Contribution, when you post comments or ratings to the site, you also grant Yogatilife.com the right to use the name associated with any comments, ratings, or other type of Content, as applicable, in connection with any such comment, rating or any content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the ratings, comments, and other content you post on this site and that Yogatilife.com's use of your ratings, comments, or other content will not infringe or violate not the rights of any third party. You must not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead Yogatilife.com or third parties as to the origin of any posting or content. 8. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

iii. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
iv. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private.
v. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
vi. Acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
vii. Strike, failure or accident of sea or river transport, postal transport or any other type of transport.

It is understood that our obligations under the contracts are suspended during the period in which the force majeure is in progress, and we will benefit from an extension of the period for performance of these obligations by a period of time equivalent to that of the duration of the Force Majeure. We will provide all reasonable resources to end the Force Majeure situation or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement and despite the Force Majeure situation.

9. LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, CONSUMER STATUTORY RIGHTS
